A warm welcome to Fitness First Shepherds Bush. Whether you
have been exercising for years or have been thinking about it for
just as long, if you want to lose weight, improve your fitness,
change your shape or simply feel healthier - we can definitely
help!

We offer the very latest equipment and classes, the opportunity
to use highly trained and enthusiastic personal trainers for that
added motivation, a great atmosphere and real opportunity for
you to make new friends, relax and of course achieve your fitness
or weight loss goals.

In addition, to keep you entertained whilst exercising, we hold
regular themed events and activities. Add to that our party nights
and you will see that fitness can really be fun!
